Cancellation and Refund Policy

All registration cancellations must be submitted by the registrant via e-mail to both newrad2026@gmail.com and mail@k-cie.org no later than 14 August 2026 (KST).

The cancellation will be considered complete only after communication with the conference organizers and confirmation of the cancellation request.

Cancellations received on or before 14 August 2026 (KST) will be refunded, less a processing fee of USD 70 (KRW 105,000).

No refunds will be issued for cancellation requests received after 14 August 2026 (KST).

Refunds will be issued using the original method of payment. Credit card refunds may take 3 to 7 business days to process, depending on the issuing bank’s policies. Refunds for payments made via wire transfer will be processed after the conference and may take approximately 4 weeks to complete.
