Cancellation and Refund Policy

All cancellations must be submitted via e-mail (newrad2026@gmail.com) before 14 Aug. 2026, 23:59 (KST).

If you do not attend the conference without notice of cancellation, no refund will be given.

* Up to 14 Aug. 2026: 100% of registration rate will be refunded.

* From 15 Aug. 2026: No refunds will be given for cancellations received on or after this date.
